About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Field Service Delivery to take on a senior leadership role, with a focus on leading and managing all aspects of the field service delivery team in the Western US. This includes developing and implementing field service strategies, overseeing daily operations, managing and optimizing budgets, and leading a team to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. The role also involves process improvement, risk management, and collaboration with executives and various stakeholders to align field operations with business objectives. Applicants for the Associate Vice President of Field Service Delivery position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing field service delivery and customer management, with a proven track record of improvement in budget, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators.
