<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Within the EY-Parthenon service line, the EY Growth Platforms DevOps & Platform Architecture Director will collaborate with Business Leaders, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Project Managers, and other team members to design, build, and scale innovative AI solutions that power strategic growth initiatives and create enterprise value for F500 clients.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The EY Growth Platforms DevOps & Platform Architecture Director will play a critical role building the scalable, secure, and privacy-compliant architecture required to deploy intelligent agents to clients. You will define the technical backbone of a platform that ingests sensitive data, applies ML/AI pipelines, and exposes actionable insights to clients via dashboards, APIs, or real-time agents.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Define and implement scalable infrastructure for secure ingestion, storage, and orchestration of external data.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Design architecture for modular, multi-agent workflows and persistent data layers (vector stores, relational DBs, object storage).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Lead infrastructure setup across environments (CI/CD, containerization, IaC, observability).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Ensure compliance with relevant security/privacy frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR depending on data source).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Architect integrations across AI pipelines, dashboards (e.g., Streamlit, PowerBI), and external API delivery systems.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Collaborate with AI and Data Engineering leads to operationalize prototypes into high-reliability systems.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong></span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· A bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or other related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· DevOps or cloud platform experience in data or AI-centric environments.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Deep knowledge of CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CDK), Kubernetes, containerization, and monitoring stacks.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Experience building multi-tenant cloud systems with strict access controls.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Hands-on with data privacy tooling (data masking, encryption, audit trails).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Comfortable supporting Python-based ML workflows (API frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, etc.).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· Excellent judgment around buy-vs-build tradeoffs and third-party component integration.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">· The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.</span></p>

<li>We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $205,000 to $235,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.</li>
<li>Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.</li>
