Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll provide personalized support to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll utilize your fashion sense and exceptional service skills to help customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and address issues with white-glove treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
  • Make recommendations on products or services to close sales

Requirements

  • Appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience
  • 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
  • Problem-solving skills for mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • Headset (USB wired or compatible)
  • Smartphone or device running iOS or Android
