Description The role serves as a trusted, support system for executive leadership, combining strategic program management with executive assistance to drive successful business outcomes. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Program Manager to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Chief Operating Officer (COO). This unique role blends the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant with those of a Program Manager and Chief of Staff, providing tactical executive support, driving rhythm of business and creating mechanisms to expedite strategic programs within the business operations. In this high visibility role, a critical skill will be demonstrating and acting as a culture carrier for the entire organization by leading key company events and fostering meaningful team moments that strengthen workplace culture. The Executive Program Manager leads operational support for the CFO/COO by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and tracking follow-up actions. This role oversees travel and expense administration while developing metrics for cross-functional initiatives. The position includes creating and maintaining work back plans for critical business cycles and strategic planning processes. Through these responsibilities, the Program Manager enables efficient executive operations and strengthens cross-departmental collaboration. This individual will be a trusted partner, ensuring operational excellence across Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Product Information Management, Facilities, Inventory Planning, and Strategic Planning/initiatives. Key job responsibilities Executive Support Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and day-to-day scheduling for the CFO/COO. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders engaging with the CFO/COO. Prepare for meetings, ensuring briefing materials and pre-reads are complete and aligned, follow-up actions are responded to. Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Anticipate and proactively resolve complex business challenges affecting executive effectiveness. Influence and align multiple stakeholders across senior leadership teams to drive outcomes. Support approval processes including Contracts, POs, legal signings, budgeting processes Assist in reviewing finance, HR and Amazon related procedures in compliance with Company Policy Business Rhythm, Program Management Design and manage CFO/COO operating rhythm, including business reviews, staff meetings, company communications, talent reviews, and leadership offsites. Implement meeting best practices, ensuring focused agendas and robust follow-up mechanisms to drive alignment and accountability. Partner with CEO and CTO executive support with coordinated messaging and employee engagement initiatives. Establish and enforce program review processes across Finance, Operations, Facilities, Product Information Management, and Inventory Planning. Develop reporting mechanisms to track performance against key initiatives. Chief of Staff Functions Act as a strategic thought partner to the CFO/COO, providing insights, seeing around corners for future asks and providing recommendations to inform decision-making. Drive the workback calendars for goal management, including OKRs, annual planning, and progress reporting. Create and manage executive communications for company-wide meetings and leadership messages - Ensure alignment between the CFO/COO and senior leadership teams, streamlining priorities and resolving bottlenecks. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
