No two days will be the same, so this person must thrive in uncertain and challenging situations. Daily duties will include troubleshooting aircraft and system problems remotely, providing written instructions, and being responsive to unpredictable customer and Field Service Representative needs. Some travel will be required to bring solutions to the customer directly. Product improvement opportunities will be captured and coordinated with the Engineering team to improve the operator experience and our products through the course of resolving issues experienced in the field.</div> <div>In addition to being the internal and external fleet’s first point of contact for technical support, there will also be site survey and installation opportunities to ensure each of our operational sites are set up for success.
