Primary Job Functions & Activities:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in the agency’s success by scheduling appointments for our agents with potential and existing clients. 


Roles and Responsibilities:
·         Outbound Calls – Contact potential and existing clients to schedule insurance consultations.
·         Lead Follow-Up – Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and past inquiries.
·         Calendar Management – Coordinate and maintain appointment schedules for insurance agents.
·         Confirmation & Reminders – Send confirmations and reminders via phone, email, or text to reduce no-shows.
·         Record Keeping – Maintain accurate records of appointments, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced, client-focused role that requires strong organization, persistence, and attention to detail. You’ll manage high call volumes, coordinate appointments, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience:
·         1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
·         Experience in appointment setting (preferred).
·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients professionally.
·         Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
·         Basic knowledge office productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook).


Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM (Preferred time, flexibility if needed)

  • This position is currently part-time, but as the company continues to grow and expand, there may be opportunities to transition into a full-time role. 

  • This Position can by in-office or remote, but only open to candidates who reside in Washington State. 



This is a remote position.



Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
