And it takes an UNREAL team to make that happen!</p></div><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>The Associate, Fulfillment & Supply Planning will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the supply chain. As a key member of the Operations team, this position serves as an integral link at the intersection of Supply Planning, Fulfillment, and Logistics. The role is responsible for managing internal and external order maintenance, inventory allocation and rebalancing, scheduling internal freight transfers, and supporting the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel to maintain seamless supply chain execution and support UNREAL's growth trajectory. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong analytical and coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced supply chain environment.</p> <p>The Associate, Fulfillment & Supply Planning will be a vital member of the UNREAL Supply Chain Operations team and report to the Sr. Manager, Sales & Operations Planning.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Process and validate customer orders in ERP systems with accuracy and timeliness.</li> <li>Coordinate with Sales teams to resolve discrepancies or special requests.</li> <li>Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or fulfillment issues.</li> <li>Partner with Finance teams to ensure timely order close procedures. </li> <li>Allocate inventory to orders based on availability, priority, and business needs.</li> <li>Monitor stock levels and provide insights on potential shortages or surpluses.</li> <li>Share insights on order patterns or exceptions impactful to demand planning.</li> <li>Schedule and track inbound shipments from suppliers and co-manufacturers.</li> <li>Coordinate with warehouse and transportation partners to ensure timely deliveries.</li> <li>Maintain visibility into freight timelines and resolve delivery issues as needed.</li> <li>Partner with Supply and Customer teams to maintain inventory positions for online retailers.</li> <li>Collaborate with outside freight vendors and internal teams including Sales, Logistics, and Supply Planning to ensure supply continuity.</li> <li>Support process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency.</li> <li>Generate and analyze supply chain KPIs to identify trends and recommend optimizations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.</li> <li>1–3 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably in the food industry.</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The base compensation range for this position is between <strong>$65k - $75k annually.</strong> This position is also eligible for a<strong> 10% bonus</strong>. The salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Individual compensation is determined by additional factors, including role-related experience and relevant education and certifications. Bonus payout is pro-rated to start date.
