In this role, you will help establish processes for effective informatics management, supporting improved patient outcomes and operational efficiencies. You will work closely with stakeholders across data, technology and clinical teams to ensure our informatics systems are aligned with company goals and healthcare standards.What You'll DoAnalyze health related data to improve clinical practices, support decision making and ensure accurate data collection.Serve as a liaison between the data curation team and the technology team to align technical capabilities with clinical needs.Utilize data analytics and AI tools to support clinical decisions and drive innovation in healthcare delivery.Evaluate and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and better patient outcomes.Oversee secure data exchange between systems, ensuring data integrity and streamlined communication.Partner with IT and our Quality Assurance support to ensure patient data is protected and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.Other duties as assigned.What You'll BringBachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Healthcare, Information Science or Nursing)Background in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical data.Technical proficiency in EHRs in required.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage tasks with moderate supervision.Position DetailsJob Type: Part Time ContractContract Duration: 2-3 monthsHours Required: Approximately 8 hours per weekTotal RewardsThe salary estimated for this position is $40-60/hour.
