We are looking for a, Executive Assistant for a leading hospitality group. This role will participate in the development of business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with the Organization’s overall mission, vision, values and strategies.
Locations open: Ooty, Chennai, Munnar, Wayanad

Job Profile:
Participates in the development of business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with Organization overall mission, vision, values and strategies
Maximizes profitability and revenue by directing the operation of the Resorts
Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagement
Achieves goal for RevPar by developing and implementing yield management strategies to increase occupancy and average rate
Achieves customer satisfaction and room revenue goals by supervising Front Office operations
Develops and implements strategies to achieve goals for Willingness to Return, Customer Complaints per Thousand and the Customer Comment Index
Meets and exceeds the expectations of the employees by utilizing leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction of direct reports
Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees
Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the guest experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver service and teamwork
Adheres to hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:
Minimum of 710 years’ work experience in hotel management with F&B background
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management
Experience managing to brand standards
Experience managing owner relationships
Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor, and employee
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
Knowledge or hotel operations including preparation of business plans, budget forecasting, quality assurance program, hospitality law, and longrange planning
