We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.<br><br><strong>Main Responsibilities Include The Following<br><br></strong><ul><li>Dedicated resource to drive day to day support and oversight across all customer/partner accounts and internal stakeholder management across the region by which APJ President is has engagement with. </li><li>Ensures that for customer/ partner accounts sponsored by the President, that all agreed priorities with customers/ partners are executed to successful completion by responsible teams, on behalf of the APJ President. </li><li>This role will also provide additional support to APJ COS in driving new GTM, specific deal pursuits, demand gen initiatives aligned to APJ President/ SAP Board defined priorities to drive positive impact on revenue, customer satisfaction and pipeline. </li><li>Working closely with APJ COS: </li><li>Proactively strategize involvement in President’s top-interest customer/partner accounts </li><li>Vetting, qualifying and prepping President’s customer interactions </li><li>Synthesize complex information and report it in a way that is simple for President to consume </li><li>Drive a quick, high-quality response to follow-up actions from President meetings. Establish effective communication channels to our customers </li><li>Oversee operations of Customer Office including reporting, Customer Office templates and processes </li><li>Manage Office of the President, APJ for Customer Tool, providing a shared history of APJ President’s interactions </li></ul><li></li><ul><li>Understand the customers’ situation, especially critical escalations, and trigger corresponding measures</li><li>Organize calls with higher management or project leads at customers </li><li>Involve development and other SAP teams on a need basis </li><li>Maintain up-to-date systems and perform administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures. </li><li>Perform tasks in a proactive and anticipatory way without guidance from a higher level. </li><li>Act as Single Point of Contact for assigned responsibilities and act as a “driver” </li><li>Prepare and design briefing documents in advance of executive meetings </li><li>Coordination, organization and documentation of meetings and drive follow up of agreed on activities </li><li>Continually look for ways to add value and provide additional solutions to increase customer satisfaction, growth and retention </li><li>Develop a close working relationship with other board areas and regional president’s offices Strategize and support coordination of regional President trips</li><li>Strategize and support coordination of regional President trips</li><li>Manage Office of the President strategic initiatives and projects as assigned</li><li>Maintain a strong executive presence and role-model SAP’s passions</li><li>Be responsible, manage and perform approval for APJ Quote to Cash (Q2C) applying highest level of across all Q2C and ensure visibility is provided to relevant Board approve<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience & Language Requirements Expertise in Managing a Global Network<br><br></strong>The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong empathy and the ability to motivate and influence individuals beyond her/his direct field of control.
