We're currently looking for Monday - Friday 7:00AM - FINISH.What You Will Do: The Customer Sales Manager is a comprehensive-selling role that reports into the Territory Sales Leader. The main objective is to penetrate the customer at multiple levels within their organization build relationships and grow our mutual businesses through the sell-in of promotional activity, displays, and local marketing programs.Roles and Responsibilities: Build relationships and sell to Market Manager and store level decision makersCommunicate effectively with multiple levels of the customer's organizationCollaborate with internal Business Partners (Customer Account Managers, Supply Chain, Sales Execution Team) to support the development of programming that will accelerate incremental business and exceed program objectives; where applicableConduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of for your designated customer area and provide feedback to leader on market trendsSell-in and implement local, regional, and national marketing programsBuild frontline engagement with your customerSell in look of success to customer and measure marketplace executionAbility to take initiative and manage multiple projectsBuild customer and selling capabilities within field organizationFor this role, you will need: Must be 18 years of age or older At least 3 years of consumer goods industry experience, preferably in a sales roleExperience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data Proficient in computer application skillsAbility to use and understand mobile applicationsAbility to work variable schedule, potential weekends, and holidaysMust have and maintain a valid driver's licenseMust have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by companyMust have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hoursFrequent lifting of 25+ pounds.
