Cloudflare is on a mission to help build a better Internet and is seeking a Principal Learning Partner to enhance its Learning and Development team. This role focuses on scaling learning programs, identifying capability gaps, and designing impactful learning content to support employee growth and performance.


Responsibilities

  • Scale our current learning programs thoughtfully—maintaining what works, simplifying where needed, and adapting for different audiences and regions.
  • Facilitate sessions that feel more like conversations than presentations—engaging employees at every level.
  • Work directly with our Human Resource Business Partners and business leaders to identify real capability gaps—and solve them in ways that don’t always mean more training or workshops.
  • Measure the impact of programs regularly—using feedback and data make smart, ongoing adjustments and prove a program’s impact on driving the business forward.
  • Design concise, high-utility learning content (live and on-demand) that people can actually use on the job.
  • Use AI to improve content quality, personalize learning experiences, and extract insights from learner behavior—and help others across the company build the skills and confidence to do the same.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development at a high-growth, fast-paced company—in tech or a similarly dynamic industry
  • Experience implementing and scaling learning programs across functions, levels, and geographies
  • Working knowledge of how to leverage AI in content design, communication, and program personalization
  • Credibility with senior leaders; able to influence without authority and connect learning to business outcomes
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and building without a full playbook
  • Familiar with Google Suite - Slides, Docs, Sheets
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
