The Revenue Operations and Enablement Intern will focus on enhancing analytics tools and dashboards, ensuring they are user-centric and widely adopted, while acting as a product manager to drive data-driven decisions within the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Treat our "single pane of glass" dashboard as a product. You will gather user feedback, analyze usage metrics, and build a feature backlog and development roadmap to guide its continuous improvement.
  • Design and launch a self-service analytics certification program to create "data champions" throughout the Revenue organization, reducing reliance on the central team.
  • Develop a framework and reporting system to measure the tangible business impact of our analytics initiatives, moving beyond simple usage metrics to quantify ROI, time saved, and improved decision-making.
  • Work across teams to foster a culture where data is a critical asset, ensuring our tools are integrated into daily workflows and strategic conversations.

Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a MBA or Master's program, preferably in Data Analytics, Product, or related field with an expected conferral date between December 2026 and August 2027.
  • Experience or strong interest in product management, user experience (UX), and change management.
  • 2+ years of experience working with data analysis or business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, business operations, or consulting, involving stakeholder engagement.
  • A natural empath who is skilled at interviewing stakeholders and translating their needs into actionable requirements.
  • A creative problem-solver who can design engaging training and enablement programs.
  • Results-oriented, with a desire to not only launch tools but to see them drive measurable business outcomes.
