WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Script Processing Representative

The Script Processing Representative contacts veterinary clinics to provide awareness and support in responding to open retail prescription requests. Script Processing Representative team members are responsible for order verification and support.

This is a full time, remote position to work 40 hours per week between our operating hours of Monday through Friday from 5:00 am - 5:00 pm PT and Saturdays from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PT. Availability for a permanent Saturday shift is required for this position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide first level information and order support accurately for veterinary clinics and retail partners.

  • Troubleshoot basic web order issues and clarify processes between partners and clinics.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of contact.

  • Process nutrition prescription approvals via fax, WRX, or verbal communications.

  • Ensure accurate data entry with meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ year of call center experience.

  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service through clear and concise communication, actively listening to customer needs, and maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment to discern when to independently resolve issues and when to escalate to leadership for guidance or assistance.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, working both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent computer skills, including the capability to quickly learn and navigate unfamiliar systems or programs, multitask across multiple applications.

  • Must be able to multitask with error free work.

  • Must be able to look at a screen(s) and type accurately for long periods of time. Average typing speed 40 WPM required.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Veterinary experience

  • Bilingual in Spanish

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Reliable internet access is required

  • Sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer for long periods of time

Pay Range (US based applicants):
$19.00 - $19.50 / hour
Bilingual Spanish: $19.00 - $19.50/ hour + $0.50 / hour language differential (offered after successfully completing training period)

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
