<strong>Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Solutions Developer to join our Corporate Services Solutions Team!<br><br></strong>In this pivotal role, you will help shape innovative, client-focused solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. From strategic planning through development and execution, you’ll design integrated facilities management programs that combine technical excellence with <strong>hospitality-driven experiences</strong>.<br><br>Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Solutions, you will concentrate on driving growth through new and existing Integrated Facilities Management opportunities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Facilities Management and a proven track record in business development with a hospitality setting—crafting tailored solutions for Fortune 1000 organizations.<br><br>This is a <strong>Remote Role</strong> with approximately 50% travel.<br><br>Candidates can reside in any state near a major airport.<br><br>The <strong>Solutions Developer </strong>coordinates a team of SMEs in the development, pricing, and articulation of compelling value propositions to meet new and existing client requirements and secure / retain business. As a resource on the team, you will own areas of high complexity and significant business impact, which require the solution to meet customer requirements and provide profitable return. This individual must build and demonstrate strategic and organizational agility, plus effective negotiation bringing data, insights, and strong interpersonal skills to influence a wide range of decisions in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>What You'll Do<br><br><ul><li>Develop compelling workplace & technical solutions for new client opportunities as well as current client business growth, account retention and sector business activities</li><li>Project manage SME teams to create solutions; manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Support development of innovative tailored solutions to achieve customers’ key drivers, a full understanding of the competitor landscape for each opportunity as well as developing winning solution and competitive pricing to ensure margin and risk requirements are met</li><li>Research into industry trends and movements, so that innovative and leading-edge workplace practices and solutions are provided, helping to provide competitive advantage for the business</li><li>Work closely with transition and operational leaders to provide contextual guidance for the successful mobilization of all new business using systems and processes, following closely the details of the contract, the scope of work, risk/reward KPI’s, client satisfaction, and the financial drivers<br><br><br></li></ul>What We Offer<br><br>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Ability to nurture relationships with current and prospective clients and ability to identify and solution for clients’ needs.</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects in different points in the project lifecycle, simultaneously</li><li>Strong leadership, motivational and collaborative skills with high ability to influence without authority across a team of diverse stakeholders (including business leadership, Technical Solution Developers, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations) who are not direct reports and are rarely co-located</li><li>Ability to accurately translate technical knowledge and requirements into clear and concise communications for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze and interpret contractual, financial, technical, operational data and commercial terms.
