About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Website Analytics Specialist to help us deeply understand how users interact with our website — and how we can make it better. You'll work closely with both our product and marketing teams to track user behavior, uncover insights, and help shape smarter decisions across the company.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to implement tracking tools, diagnose user behavior patterns, and communicate actionable insights — not just generate dashboards.

What You'll Do

  • Own the setup, maintenance, and accuracy of all website tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Help define key metrics and implement tracking across major user journeys from email tracking to website tracking
  • Analyze user behavior to understand how visitors engage with the website — including feature usage, click patterns, and navigation flows — in order to surface actionable insights and guide product and marketing decisions
  • Monitor and report on user engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build reports and share insights with product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to test and optimize site features and UX flows
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion, usability, and overall site performance
  • Help evaluate and implement additional tools to support behavioral analytics and testing (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel, FullStory, Amplitude)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital analytics, website tracking, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and at least one behavioral analytics tool
  • Strong understanding of website user behavior and engagement metrics
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, UX/design, and development teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being shaped
  • Bonus: Experience with A/B testing, CRO, or implementing event tracking across platforms

Why Join Us We’re a small, fast-moving team building one of the most interesting brands in tech. Our platform reaches millions of users each month, and we’re still just getting started. You’ll have real ownership, meaningful input, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on a rapidly growing business.
