<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Koniag Management Solutions is seeking an experienced Atlassian Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical expertise and leadership for our Atlassian suite of tools including Jira, Confluence, and other related products. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Atlassian products, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to support our organization's collaboration, project management, and development processes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Atlassian SME will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic implementation of Atlassian tools across the organization. This role will serve as the primary technical resource for all Atlassian-related matters, providing guidance to teams, developing best practices, and ensuring optimal utilization of these tools. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:</span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Configure, maintain, and administer Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.) according to organizational requirements</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Design and implement workflows, custom fields, screens, and process automations to optimize team efficiency and collaboration</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Atlassian applications, resolving complex issues and identifying root causes</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and document best practices, standard operating procedures, and usage guidelines for Atlassian tools</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other enterprise systems</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Evaluate, recommend, and implement Atlassian marketplace apps to extend functionality</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve stability and performance</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct training sessions and workshops for users of varying technical abilities</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement appropriate solutions</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Stay current on new features, updates, and best practices related to Atlassian products</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Create and maintain documentation in Confluence for processes, configurations, and system architectures</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support agile development practices by configuring appropriate board views, reports, and dashboards</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide strategic input on the Atlassian roadmap for the organization</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Education and Experience Required:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum of 5 years of experience with Atlassian products, including at least 3 years in an administrative capacity</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-200, or similar) preferred</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with Jira Server, Data Center, and/or Cloud environments</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated experience configuring complex Jira workflows and Confluence spaces</span></li>
</ul>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiarity with SQL for database queries and troubleshooting</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Understanding of agile methodologies and how to implement them in Jira</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues</span></li>
