Based out of our Cyprus office, reporting to a Lead or Manager of Content Moderation and Performer Verification, the individual needs to develop a strong understanding of the product, platform, and management tools assigned to them. The role also involves extensive interaction with a diverse group of internal teams in ensuring appropriate content policies are being effectively developed & enforced.</p> <p><strong><u>This opening is for the 17:00 to 1:00 shift. Two consecutive days off but no weekends. </u></strong></p> <p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintaining platform compliance by moderating video, image, and text content based on a defined set of guidelines, standards, and processes</li> <li>Evaluating content with a risk-based approach, while identifying any potential areas of improvement to guidelines, process, or otherwise, to your Lead or Manager</li> <li>Categorizing and tagging content based on our internal performer verification guidelines</li> <li>Undergoing periodic training and testing of your understanding of existing, new, or updated compliance standards, guidelines, and processes</li> <li>Understanding and meeting quality targets</li> <li>Ensuring accurate and timely recordings of results are submitted at regular intervals</li> <li>Providing feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements</li> <li>Work closely daily with other Content Moderation and Performer Verification Team members to maintain an effective feedback loop across the team</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will need to be successful:</strong></p> <p><strong>Must haves: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with content moderation, whether with adult content or otherwise is an asset</li> <li>Attention to detail, proactive approach</li> <li>Mature and professional demeanor</li> <li>Ability to make well-balanced decisions reinforcing required compliance while being an effective advocate for the Aylo platforms trust & safety guidelines</li> <li>Strong ability to interpret compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation</li> <li>Strong communication, interpersonal & comprehension skills</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong> </strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>In this role you will be exposed to adult content</strong></p>
