Key Responsibilities

  • Be knowledgeable about the products, services, and technologies available in the store and be able to resolve issues for the guest.
  • Influence a store team of leaders, Style Experts, and General Merchandise (GM) specialists to be knowledgeable about visual merchandising and visual standards.
  • Understand sales targets, plan, and execute weekly/monthly tasks to achieve visual merchandising, department, and store sales objectives.
  • Lead the execution of the company Visual Merchandising strategy, visual standards, and non-fixture In-Store Marketing (ISM) execution across all relevant areas of the store.
  • Collaborate with store leaders to plan, support, and drive the execution of all Visual Merchandising Guides (VMG) sets in the store.
  • Maintain visual standards by remerchandising in-store visual displays and addressing visual merchandising issues.
  • Support team onboarding, continuous learning, and help close knowledge and skill gaps through training, influencing, and hands-on experiences.
  • Convince guests to find solutions through compelling visual merchandising in all representations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Business acumen (e.g., margin, profit) and creative thinking to drive guests and sales.
  • Solid sense of style and model that is reflective of our brand.
  • Ability to lead and influence store teams to follow processes that support visual merchandising.
  • Learn and adapt to changing technology needs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Direct responsibility and focus on tasks autonomously.
