About the role

We are seeking a capable part-time Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, while assisting with a variety of warehouse tasks. You’ll start as a key individual contributor to our warehouse team, with the potential to grow into a team lead role as the company expands.

What you'll do

  • Support receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory with accuracy
  • Assist the team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Help maintain an organized warehouse layout to increase operational efficiency
  • Guide and train new associates on standard operating procedures
  • Act as the on-site point person for daily team coordination
  • Communicate any delivery issues, delays, or operational concerns to the HQ team
  • Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed
  • Step in to verify shipments, delivery photos, and labeling accuracy
  • Brainstorm operational improvements and assist the Operations Manager in developing action plans to alleviate these system pain points
  • Suggest workflow or process improvements to improve team efficiency
  • Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are followed on each shift

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Experience coordinating with teams or training peers preferred
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures, tools, and safety standards
  • Comfortable using warehouse apps or systems to log packages and track shipments (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Good communication skills for working with team members and drivers
  • Able to lift and move boxes (up to 30 lbs) and stay active throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A BS degree is preferred
  • Forklift Certified is preferred but not required
