External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.<br><br><b>Your Role:</b><br><br>The position will work with the local Sales team, MSAT, R&D and project management to support customer opportunities in the West/Mid-West United States and Canada. As part of this team, you will leverage your expertise and strategic insights in the field of Upstream operations, with an emphasis on Mammalian Cell Culture and Viral & Gene Therapy. The position involves 50% travel and will work with the local Sales team, MSAT, R&D and project management to support customer opportunities in the West/Mid-West United States and Canada.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Organize and execute technical symposiums around our upstream offer mainly to Regional Biotech accounts in the West/Mid-West United States and Canada</li><li>Support customer opportunities</li><li>Go-to-market strategy execution</li><li>Initial product adoption application support to the North American commercial team and customers</li><li>Create insightful win/loss analysis</li><li>The candidate is expected to develop an in-depth understanding of market trends and needs and to communicate the "voice of the customer" to the internal organization</li></ul><br><b>Who You Are</b><br><br><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or other scientific discipline or Chemical Engineering, or other engineering discipline</li><li>2+ years of upstream experience in the biopharma industry</li></ul><br><br><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><br><br><ul><li>Graduate Degree in Biotechnology and/or a Master of Business Administration</li><li>5+ years of upstream experience in the biopharma industry</li><li>Demonstrated ability to establish strong partnerships with internal and external partners</li><li>Mammalian Cell Culture Expertise including Viral & Gene Therapy</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience working in a sales/marketing organization</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences through both written and oral communications</li><li>Strong customer and sales orientation</li><li>Demonstrated ability to establish partnerships</li><li>The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences through both written and oral communications</li></ul><br>Pay Range for this position - $70,000 - $120,800/year<br><br>Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.
