About the Company:

This is a part-time staffing role for one of our internal companies, a leading e-commerce consulting and management firm specializing in helping brands scale their operations. They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, they help brands streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace.


Location: Open to candidates based in India, Pakistan, and the Philippines (Part-time, Fully Remote)

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities


  • Take complete ownership of the TEMU storefront from launch to scale

  • Build product listings from scratch using templates, bulk upload tools, and flat files

  • Develop product detail pages, variations, and enhanced content to maximize conversions

  • Define and implement pricing, promotion, and visibility strategies

  • Monitor compliance and resolve any listing or account issues swiftly

  • Collaborate with internal teams on inventory planning and fulfillment workflows

  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously improve storefront results

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful


  • 2+ years of experience managing listings and sales on similar high-growth marketplaces (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shein, Walmart Marketplace) with proven hands-on experience on TEMU

  • Skilled in bulk upload templates, feed files, and CSV-based listing processes

  • Strong understanding of TEMU compliance, pricing, and promotional tools

  • Strategic thinker who can build and grow a channel from zero

  • Data-driven decision-maker with a bias for action
