As a Voice and Chat Support representative for an E-commerce process in Bhubaneswar, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through voice and chat channels. The role requires you to work in a 24/7 rotational shift, including night shifts, with one-way cab facilities available during odd hours (10 PM - 6 AM). You will have 1 rotational week off and will be working 6 days a week. To be eligible for this position, you should have a qualification of 10+2 / 10+3 and possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. A typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy is required, along with basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and operating systems. Successful completion of the Versant Test with a score of 56 is mandatory. You are expected to not take any leaves for the first 3 months. Freshers are welcome to apply. The interview process will include face-to-face interactions and multiple rounds, such as screening, operations round, typing test, Versant test, and online assessments. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time, permanent position.
