Customer Service Representative - Insurance<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, we want to hear from you!</span></p><p></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><ul><li><p>$21 per hour starting pay.</p></li><li><p>Additional $1/per hour for English/Spanish bilingual fluency.</p></li><li><p>Must reside within 80 miles of 12901 N Forty Dr, St. Louis, MO 63141</p></li><li><p><b>Training is 100% remote and approximately 4 – 5 months. </b>Training is conducted Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 6:00pm and some Saturdays from 9:15am-6:00pm. If training occurs on a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided.</p></li><li><p><b>Post training schedule is 100% remote. </b>Work hours are Monday-Friday: 12:15pm-9:00pm, including every Saturday from 10:15am-7:00pm with one weekday off during the week.</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive benefits package.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships.</p></li><li><p>Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services.</p></li><li><p>Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset.</p></li><li><p>Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment.</p></li><li><p>Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment.</p></li><li><p>Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Need</b></p><ul><li><p>Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred).</p></li><li><p>Spanish fluency is a plus!</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).</p></li><li><p>Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time.</p></li><li><p>A flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change.</p></li><li><p>High school diploma or GED.</p></li><li><p>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.</p></li><li><p>Must reside within 80 miles of 12901 N Forty Dr, St. Louis, MO 63141</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work-From-Home Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.</p></li><li><p>You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.). Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload.
