Role and Responsibilities:

As a focus group panelist, you’ll support research projects by:

  • Taking part in structured interviews, product tests, and feedback sessions either remotely or on-site.
  • Answering survey questions and sharing detailed thoughts during guided group discussions.
  • Trying out products or services, then preparing notes or reviews ahead of scheduled sessions.
  • Logging in or showing up at least 10 minutes early to all scheduled research activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to follow clear written and verbal instructions.
  • Stable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer with a camera.
  • No prior research or professional experience needed to qualify.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfort sharing honest feedback in both written and spoken formats.
