**MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS of GENERAL DENTAL EXPERIENCE**

Airy's Family Dentistry in Keller, TX is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager with a proven background in private practice who has successfully contributed to the growth of a dental practice. This hybrid role combines office management responsibilities with numerous front desk duties, including treatment presentation and collaboration with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Since March 2024, Airy's Family Dentistry has been committed to delivering the ultimate patient experience, and we are looking for a leader who shares that vision. We are a state-of-the-art practice equipped with high-end A-dec technology and provide comprehensive care under one roof—including cosmetic, restorative, ortho, surgical, and preventive treatments.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years' experience as an office manager in a private dental practice and in patient-facing roles
  • If you're an AADOM member, that'll be a big plus!
  • Skilled in treatment presentation and financial discussions is a must
  • Results-driven, with proven success in growing a general dental practice
  • Comfortable working with KPI's as a tool for accountability and growth
  • Team oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
