We are looking for a thoughtful, talented, and experienced Senior Manager of Product Marketing on the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) Industry Marketing team. Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving awareness for our healthcare and life sciences product portfolio through the creation of compelling narratives

  • Working in close alignment with Product Managers, GMs, Sales, and broader Industry Marketing teams to find the right product positioning and impactful launch plans for our cornerstone industry products, Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud, along with our nascent products

  • Building core product marketing material for our healthcare and life sciences solutions - including data sheets, demo videos, release marketing, pitch decks, enablement material, and more.

  • Driving the creation and execution of product marketing programs and events, partnering with extended marketing teams and global counterparts to increase our presence and perception within the industry

  • Working with our internal demand generation, field marketing, content, and creative teams to hone the strategy and marketing programs that drive demand for our healthcare and life sciences product portfolio

  • Being proactive in recognizing where your parts of the business may need critical pipe support and then effectively choosing the right levers to pull

  • Working closely with the industry experts and Analyst and Press Relations teams to ensure effective thought leadership and ongoing relevance in a crowded and competitive market

  • Communicating inside and outside of marketing to ensure critical alignment and approval of our key healthcare and life sciences stakeholders

Position Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, innovative, and experienced individual

  • Leadership DNA, proven ability to inspire and lead a diverse product & marketing team

  • Equivalent of 8+ years of product marketing or closely related experience at a global organization

  • Outstanding writing and content creation skills - you keep a sharpened pencil at your desk

  • Proven experience launching new products and growing to a mature business

  • Proven experience in setting an effective marketing strategy, navigating ambiguity and competing priorities

  • Demonstrated experience in synthesizing and translating market needs into product requirements, ability to manifest the product vision/direction in via compelling positioning and messaging

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in executive internal and external discussions

  • Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally, and build strong relationship with stakeholders

  • Compelling presentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree

Desired Skills And Experience:

  • Previous experience in pharma, medtech, or healthcare marketing ideal

  • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders

  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree is a plus

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.
